Thank you for your interest in applying to the class of 2013-2014 Bossier Youth Leadership Program. All materials due April 19, 2013 by 8:30 a.m. Please read and follow all directions to ensure a completed/on time application. All required materials are due April 19, 2013 by 8:30 a.m.

Below are the forms required for BYL Students:

Application - Must be completed online below.
Commitment Form - Commitment Form MUST be downloaded.

Commitment Form MUST be downloaded, completed and returned along with $100 application fee to your high school counselor or to Ashley Busada at the Bossier Chamber (710 Benton Road, 71111) by April 19, 2013.

As a reminder, the completed application, consent form and application fee are all required documents.

Student cost for Bossier Youth Leadership is $100. The Bossier Chamber of Commerce and several business sponsors financially support the program. (If a scholarship for program cost is necessary, please call (746-0252.)

Attendance is mandatory for all sessions. Excused absences are limited to 2 sessions and must be documented by parent and school. Absences that are not excused within 3 days of the session will be unexcused and the student will not be allowed to complete the program. Participants must be enrolled in the Bossier Parish School System for the entire school year.
