The Chambers works with local, state, and national government bodies to monitor issues that affect business in our community.

The committee is established to keep in mind the best interest of local businesses and to hear concerns of the Chamber members.

Recognizing the importance of business and government working together for a stronger economy, the Government Affairs and Public Policy Committee represents all businesses in Bossier Parish. Through lobbying efforts, special events, legislative updates, governmental affairs newsletter, and attending city meetings the Chamber is the voice of business in Bossier Parish.
