Business Referral & Marketing:

Business Referral – FREE. We receive a large volume of calls from prospective customers asking for services. We refer only from our member list. We can also pass on lead generators we receive from the Federal, State, and Local governments.
Ribbon Cutting / Grand Opening Packages – FREE. Packages come complete with a custom designed ad that is e-mailed out to the following 5 groups: 1) Entire Membership; 2) Media; 3) Mayor, 4) Local Dignitaries, and 5) Diplomats (you choose if you prefer all 5 lists or a select group). We will provide the Master of Ceremony speaker (if you prefer); ribbon, bows, scissors, and photos of the ribbon cutting. This also gives you another opportunity to do a press release to the media.
Press Releases – Free. Sent out to media (television, radio, newspapers, and local magazines).
Mailing Labels of Business Executives – FREE one time only; Thereafter $75 label format; or $125 disk/e-mail. Great for your direct mail promotions. Choice of two mailing list: 1) Main representatives + plus other key representatives contacts (approx. #2000 names); or 2) Main representatives contacts (approx. #1200).
Barksdale New Airman Orientation – $150 for 500 bags. If the Military is your target market, then this benefit if right for you! The 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month, the Chamber goes to the Base to give an orientation to the new airman moving to the area. We take this opportunity to hand out your brochures for you. The program reaches anywhere between 70-150 airmen a month, depending on the time of the year.
New Business Occupancy List – $100/Year. A monthly list of the new businesses registering with the City for their license. Gives your sales people an edge over your competition, so they can target these new businesses before your competition can.
New Residents List – $120/Year. Weekly list of the people moving to Bossier City. This is a great sales tool to welcome new residents to the area and offer your services to these prospects before other companies can target them.
New Resident Insert – $120 for 500 packets. Or, we can insert your brochure in our "New Resident Packet" that new residents are invited to pick up at our office.
Newcomer Packet – $5/packet. Companies can purchase the prepared “New Resident Packets” for use in their company to welcome people to the area themselves. Realtors use them for clients moving to the area. Large companies use these to welcome prospective new hires coming to the area.
Membership Directory – FREE. Your company will be printed in our Membership Directory and listed on our website. Alphabetical and categorical listing. Directory is distributed to all Chamber members; new residents and new Airman moving into the area.
Your Business Listed on Our Website with Link – FREE. Your business will be listed on the Bossier Chamber of Commerce website, along with a link to your website.
Promotional Material – FREE. Your material can be displayed in the Chamber off ice. The Chamber receives a heavy flow of people coming in for various reasons. If you are interested in targeting the local businesses or local residents this is your avenue!
Newsletter & e-Newsletter – FREE. Learn of events happening throughout the month and year through our newsletters. Your company could be mentioned in our newsletter in several areas free of charge: 1) New Member article; 2) Ribbon Cutting article; 3) Spotlight on New Member article; 4) Last Appointment article; 5) Member-to-Member article; as well as several other articles that are written throughout the year. There are two newsletters that the Bossier Chamber of Commerce produces: 1) Quarterly newsletter mailed out to our members. 2) e-Newsletter that is published twice a month.
Banner Ads Opportunity. On Bossier Chamber of Commerce website (nearly 1 million viewers annually).
Sponsor / Ad e-Newsletter – $35 (Limit 3 sponsors per month). Interested in targeting to more than #1200 local businesses and residents? Advertise in our newsletter and see a return on your investment quickly! Available as link only or with link and full ad.
Special Events – A great opportunity to network with people if you would like to attend any of the events. Or, you could also sponsor an event, and gain marketing exposure by having your logo on our invitations and promotional materials, etc.

Networking:

Last Appointment Business Networking & Prospecting Mixer – $5 M embers/$10 Future Members (Limit 3 visits- Future Members). Network with top business executives….the decision makers in Bossier/Shreveport. Held on the 4th Thursday of each month from 5-7pm. New members receive a 30 second presentation opportunity.

Member Services:

Business Builder Seminars – $20 Members / $30 Future Members. A professional development seminar geared to help businesses grow. Held on the 3rd Thursday of each month during lunch hour. Lunch included.
Legislative/Advocacy Resources – FREE. We are your resource center. The Chamber stays on top of the laws and bills that will affect your business and local area. Receive e-mails of Legislative Update and Government Affairs reports.
