About the Program and Selection Process:  The program is a partnership between the Chamber and the Bossier Parish School Board and hosts nine different sessions throughout the school year that help to develop each student’s leadership abilities.  Applications are distributed to all Bossier Parish high school counselors in March and the students are selected by the committee each May.  Sessions Include: Teambuilding, Leadership, Reception, Quality of Life, Government/Law Enforcement, Social Services, Education, Economic Development, Healthcare/Technology, Capitol Day and Graduation. This is an elite program with strict requirements and policies to adhere to.
