Lisa Johnson, President/CEO

Lisa Friday Johnson became the leader of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce in 2004. Since that time, the Bossier Chamber has earned its 5-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, been named the Louisiana State Chamber of the Year and named a Military Friendly Chamber by Ventrepreneur Magazine.

Jana Morgan, Director of Programs and Fundraising

Jana Morgan joined the Chamber staff in 2011 where she worked for several years as the Director of Programs and Fundraising. She has rejoined the Chamber in 2024, where she leads the 30-40 events that are hosted annually by the Bossier Chamber. Jana brings with her over a decade of experience in non-profit event and program organizing to provide our members with fun, informative, and memorable events.

Krystal Critton, Community Business Development Director

Krystal Critton joined the Bossier Chamber staff in 2026 as Community Business Development Director, where she leads workforce and economic vitality initiatives that support business growth and community development. She brings more than a decade of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement at the state and local levels. Krystal also serves as the 2026 Executive Board Chair for the Greater Shreveport Chamber’s Young Professionals Initiative.

Maxey McSwain, Director of Marketing and Communications

Maxey McSwain joined the Bossier Chamber staff in 2024 as the Director of Communications and Marketing. She is the go-to person for marketing and advertising needs and applies her knowledge in art and language to communicate the mission, purpose, and happenings of the Bossier Chamber to members and non-members.

Brandy Boudreau, Membership Manager

Brandy Boudreau joined the Bossier Chamber staff in 2025 and now serves as the Membership Manager. She is the first contact point between members, both old and new, and is a friendly face at ribbon cuttings and networking events. Brandy works towards the Chamber mission to enhance the business community of Northwest Louisiana by building relationships.

Tori Coleman, Administrative Assistant

Tori Coleman serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Bossier Chamber, bringing experience in administrative operations, and data management. She supports the Chamber’s daily operations, member services, communications, and office administration while helping ensure an exceptional experience for Chamber members, and community partners throughout the Bossier-Shreveport region.

Krista Augustson, Military Relations Liaison

Krista Augustson joined the Bossier Chamber staff in 2025 as the Military Relations Liaison. Krista brings her military experience as a military spouse to a very specialized role at the Chamber, working directly with all of our military units in the region, both active duty and reserve. Krista helps to connect the military community of Bossier-Shreveport to the Chamber businesses that seek to support them.
